Louise Gavin

Louise Gavin has over 15 years of experience in project and program management, currently serving as Head of Delivery Customer and Strategy and Digital Programme Manager at Aer Lingus since November 2017. Previous roles include Senior Manager in Business Consulting for both the Health Service Executive and EirGrid at Grant Thornton LLP, where significant transformation initiatives were successfully implemented. Additional experience includes leading Kerry Group’s Global Transformation Programme, project management at Fujitsu Services and BT, and an early role as Oracle DBA at BT Ireland. Louise holds a Leadership Programme degree from Trinity Business School and a Graduate Diploma in Business & IT from Dublin Business School, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree from University College Dublin.
