Shane Kearney

Shane Kearney is an experienced professional in both the aviation and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as an Executive Search Recruitment Manager at GKR Search and Selection, Shane previously held significant positions at Aer Lingus, including Airbus A330 TRE, Airbus A330 Captain, and Airbus A320/A321LR TRES/Examiner/Base Training Captain. Shane's early career includes training as a cadet in the Irish Air Corps. Educationally, Shane has earned Higher National Diplomas in Strategy and Innovation and Organizational Leadership from the Irish Management Institute, completing the programs in 2021 and 2019, respectively.
