Andy Kinsella

Andy Kinsella has over 35 years of experience in the energy industry. Andy began their career in 1985 as a Shift Manager for ESB. In 1988, they moved to GE Renewable Energy as a Technical Advisor. In 1994, they joined ESB International as an Engineering/Business Development Manager. In 2000, Andy was appointed to the Management Board of Siemens Ireland with operational responsibility for Siemens Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Transportation and Industry businesses. From 2003 to 2005, they were an Executive Director of ESB International with complete P&L responsibility for ESBI’s global Engineering & Facility Management businesses. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Regional Manager, Power Generation for ESB’s Eastern Generation Region. In 2008, they joined Mainstream Renewable Power as Chief Executive Officer. In 2021, they became the Founding Partner and CEO of Aer Soléir.

Andy Kinsella completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University College Dublin in 1985. In 1998, they earned a Diploma in Project Management from Trinity College Dublin. Andy then attended Harvard University, where they are currently enrolled in the Advanced Management Programme in Business Administration and Management, General.
