Paola Nevarez Lemus serves as the Vice President of the Asociacion Mexicana de Recicladores de Residuos Electronicos since March 2022 and has held the position of EHS/Compliance Global Manager at AER Worldwide since September 2013. In this role, Paola oversees compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations for sites in Mexico and affiliated partners in Latin America, ensuring adherence to the Basel Convention and local legal requirements. Previous positions include President of the Asociacion Mexicana de Recicladores de Residuos Electrónicos and EHS Specialist at Philip Morris International, where Paola led the implementation and certification of integrated management systems. With extensive experience in environmental and safety management across multiple organizations, Paola's educational background includes a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Autonoma de Chihuahua.
