Salim Hijazi has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several years. Salim is currently the Director of Business Development at TES – Sustainable Technology Solutions, a position they have held since 2021.
From 2002 to 2016, Salim worked at AER Worldwide, where they held various leadership roles. As the VP of International Business Development, they had global responsibilities for developing strategies with corporate alliance partners, driving new business acquisitions, and managing key customer accounts in the Data Center industry. Salim also served as the VP of Global Operations, overseeing corporate-wide operations on a global scale and focusing on strategic planning and goal-setting. As the Vice President of Business Development, they were responsible for developing strategies, driving new business acquisitions, and managing key customer accounts such as Cisco Systems, Intel, Yahoo!, VMware, and Brocade. Additionally, as the Director of Business Development, they generated revenue through sales of reverse logistics services, provided customized global solution services, and successfully networked with senior management executives within corporations.
In 2002, Salim worked as the Manager of Reverse Logistics at Sun Valley Technical Repair, where they created and developed a Quality Assurance department, tracked and managed all RMA transactions, and implemented testing procedures for RMA returns.
Before that, they worked at Cisco Systems as a Network Lab Engineer from 2000 to 2002, where they developed and recreated customer networks, supported networking engineers, and trained new hires on Cisco products and services.
Salim's early work experience includes a managerial role at Circuit City from 1998 to 2000.

Salim Hijazi attended ITT Technical Institute from 1998 to 2000 and obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology.
