Eric Ponce is a Mechanical Integrity Engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently employed at Aera Energy LLC since June 2019, where responsibilities include leading Mechanical Integrity programs and managing various inspection and replacement projects. Previous positions include Process Engineer and PSM Coordinator at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, where Eric oversaw process safety management and engineered mechanical solutions for fixed equipment. Eric's career also includes significant internship experiences at IBM and Integral Group, where technical skills in MATLAB programming, thermal analysis, and project engineering were developed.
