Laurie Beaton

Laurie Beaton has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Laurie started their career as a Human Resources Specialist at State Farm Insurance in 1997 and worked in that role until 2007. During this time, they also held the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist at State Farm from 1997 to 2007.

In 2007, Laurie joined Aera Energy LLC where they have held multiple roles over the years. Laurie started as a Human Resources Specialist and then progressed to become an HR Advisor in 2016. In 2018, they were promoted to the position of HR Supervisor and later became the HR Manager in 2019. Laurie is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Aera Energy LLC since June 2023.

Laurie Beaton earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from UC Irvine in 1994.
