Rune Waage

Rune Waage has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rune currently works at Aera Payment & Identification as a Senior Solutions Architect. Prior to this, they held the positions of CRM Architect and Salesforce Platform Architect within the same company. In 2019, they also served as the Chairman of the Board at SKI KVINNE & FAMILIEFORBUND. Rune Waage is also the owner of Waage IT since 2014. Rune has worked as a Web Manager and Board Member at Oslo og Akershus Curling Krets. Before that, they worked at Accenture for several years, starting as a Programmer and progressing to roles such as Senior Programmer, Analyst Programmer, Senior System Analyst, Team Lead, and Associate Manager. Rune also has experience as an Elektriker at LOS Elektro and as a Frivillig i IKT-seksjonen at Ski-VM 2011 AS.

Rune Waage's education history is as follows:

Rune Waage obtained a degree in Computer Engineering from the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences. Rune attended the university from 2003 to 2006.

Prior to their bachelor's degree, Rune Waage attended Bjørknes privatgymnas from 2001 to 2003. There, they obtained a degree in Generell studiekompetanse with a specialization in mathematics, physics, and chemistry.

In 1993, Rune Waage attended Rubbestadneset Yrkesskule, where they pursued a degree in Skipselektriker. Rune completed their education in this field of study in 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Rune Waage has obtained several certifications. Rune is a Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer, and Salesforce Certified Force.com Advanced Developer. These certifications were obtained through Salesforce, with the earliest certification being the Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer certification in March 2013. Rune Waage also holds the Certified Scrum Master certification, which they obtained in January 2013 through ScrumAlliance.
