Stina Baybutt Lillehagen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Stina is currently serving as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Aera Payment & Identification since March 2023. Earlier in their career, Stina worked as a Receptionist at Thommessen from 2003 to 2008 and as a Customer Support Representative at Ringnes AS from 2000 to 2003.

Stina Baybutt Lillehagen earned a Master's degree in Business and Economy from BI Norwegian Business School, where they studied from 2003 to 2008.
