Christophe Blot is currently serving as Customer Success Director at Aera Technology since July 2023. Previously, Christophe held the position of Global Head of Value Delivery at BlueOptima from December 2020 to March 2023, leading implementation efforts and promoting data science analytics consultancy to drive customer value and retention. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Operations for EMEA at Trax Retail, where project delivery was ensured for over 150 clients, and as COO at Planorama, where strategic growth and operational delivery were defined and implemented. At Airbus, Christophe worked as a Project Manager focusing on IT infrastructure, following a role as Junior Project Manager at ABnote Europe. Educational qualifications include dual MBAs from INSEAD and The Wharton School, along with Engineering degrees from INSA Lyon and Chalmers University of Technology.
