Sonali Adole

Sonali Adole is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in technical leadership and project management. Currently serving as the Engineering Technical Lead at Aera Technology since October 2019, Sonali previously held various roles at Cognizant, including Manager and Senior Associate, beginning in April 2014. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Consultant at Oracle Financial Services Software Limited from July 2007 to April 2014, where projects involved core customizations for HDFC Bank. Earlier, Sonali worked at Persistence Software as a Member of Technical Staff, contributing to a migration tool for Microsoft. Sonali holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Amravati University and a Diploma in Computer Engineering.
