Sarah Fritchley

Sarah Fritchley is a seasoned professional in clinical development with extensive experience in leadership roles across various biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. Currently, Sarah serves as the Head of Clinical Development at Mission Therapeutics since June 2024. Prior to this, Sarah held the position of Senior Vice President of Clinical Development & Operations at Aerami Therapeutics and was Chief Development Officer at Exvastat, where contributions spanned both Director of Clinical Development and various other roles. Previous positions include Clinical Operations Director at Camallergy and VP of Development at EXVASTAT LTD. Sarah's career commenced as a Scientific Investigator at Adprotech Ltd, leading to progressive roles such as Clinical Project Manager at Arakis Limited and Project Director at Covance. Academic credentials include a PhD in Immunology from Newcastle University and a BSc in Pharmacology from The University of Sheffield.
