Maurizio Rea

Maurizio Rea is the Co-Founder and COO of AerariumChain, an innovative solution that uses 3D scan, blockchain, and AI to protect cultural heritage. Maurizio started in 2018 and won the IdeeVincenti contest in Italy the same year. Prior to this, they were a Co-Founder of SweetHive, a collaborative platform for big teams and organizations, where they were responsible for business development in Italy and the UK. Maurizio also co-founded Wired Enterprise Re-Enhancement of Assets Srl (WEREA SRL), where they focused on business development and market analysis for SweetHive. From 2008 to 2016, they worked at SOL S.p.A. as the Head of Fuel Cells, Chemical On-site and Hydrogen Project Department, managing innovative projects related to hydrogen and LNG. Before that, they worked as a Corporate Relationship Officer at Politecnico di Milano, where they managed the IT infrastructure and supported activities for big companies.

Maurizio Rea completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Production Engineering from Politecnico di Milano from 1999 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Management, Economics, and Industrial Engineering from the same institution, graduating in 2006.
