John Hoover has an extensive background in engineering, with experience in various companies including Cyalume Technologies, The Bergquist Company, and Nidec America Corporation. John has worked on projects ranging from developing luminescent munitions components to managing the design and development of high-performance cooling modules. With a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Haven, John currently serves as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer at AERCO International, Inc., where John focuses on proposing and implementing manufacturing improvements for Aerco products, particularly in the development of best brazing techniques for stainless steel heat exchangers. Prior to their current role, John worked as an Engineering Consultant and Director of Engineering, showcasing their expertise in product design, development, and project management.
