Shantanu Pandit possesses extensive experience in outdoor leadership and education, currently serving as a Consultant for EKO since May 2011, focusing on learning effectiveness, risk management, and staff training for outdoor organizations. Pandit also instructs outdoor leadership and wilderness first aid courses in collaboration with Aerie Backcountry Medicine and Hanifl Centre for Outdoor Education since March 2015. Previous roles include a longstanding position as an Instructor and Outdoor Educator with the National Outdoor Leadership School from 2000 to 2013, as well as foundational roles as Director of Countryside, which specialized in adventure travel, and as a Trustee of ROOTS, promoting outdoor education in schools. An early career as an Adventure Tour Manager for High Places involved managing Himalayan treks. Shantanu holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from South Gujarat University and a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Mumbai.
