Dinesh Sharma

Dinesh Sharma is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting, and fund management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Aeries Technology since January 2024, Dinesh leads the accounting and reporting function. Prior roles include Finance Manager at M&G Global Services, where Dinesh managed real estate fund accounting, and Financial Reporting Manager at Aeries Technology Group. Dinesh has also held positions at Capita, managing financial statements preparation and statutory audits, and KPMG as a Senior Consultant. Dinesh's early career includes roles at ConsultIFRS and A B Sanghrajka and Co, where Dinesh conducted statutory audits and handled tax assessments. An alumnus of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Dinesh holds a Chartered Accountant designation and a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA.
