Melanie Harris

Melanie Harris is an accomplished engineering and program management professional with extensive experience in the medical technology sector. Currently serving as Sr Director of Engineering and Program Management at Aerin Medical and as a Career Coach at Crew, Melanie has also founded Uphill Coaching. Notable previous positions include Sr Director roles at Levita Magnetics, Teknova, and ReCor Medical, where significant program management transformations were achieved, including the establishment of a dedicated Project Management Office. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Potrero Medical, ZOLL Medical Corporation, Veniti, and TauTona Group. Melanie holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and has completed coaching training at the Co-Active Training Institute and CRR Global.
