Phil Williams

Phil Williams is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development and strategic partnerships across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager at Aeris Communications since March 2022, Phil previously held positions at Leyton as General Manager for Partnerships, Sales Strategy & New Product Development, where significant contributions included establishing the company's first West Coast presence. At Lob, Phil led international expansion efforts in the EMEA region, while at Anduin Transactions, Phil was pivotal in developing go-to-market strategies for an investor relations technology startup. Phil's early career involved key roles at Ahana Renewables and Green Lake Capital, where leadership in mergers, acquisitions, and business development bolstered investment strategies. Phil's foundation was built at Nollen Group and through a fellowship with Princeton in Asia, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Northwestern University.
