Jim Brooks

Jim Brooks began their career in 1992 as the Director of Application Development for Carlson Companies. In 2001, they joined Assurant as the Director of Strategy & Consulting and held the same role at Assurant (Fortis, John Alden Life). In 2007, they moved to Aeritae Consulting Group as a Senior Consultant and was later promoted to VP, Leadership & Organization Services. In 2019, Jim retired and is now enjoying their retirement.

Jim Brooks attended Minnesota State University, Mankato from 1973 to 1977, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Business Administration.
