Montini O'Neal

Montini O'Neal, CISSP, PMP, serves as the Cybersecurity Training Manager at AERMOR, overseeing training requirements and enhancing personnel skills development. With a rich background in cybersecurity and project management, O'Neal previously coordinated a lessons learned program for cyber defense operations and authored command instruction documentation. Earlier experiences include roles as a Technical Support Representative at Liberty Tax Service, a Research Scientist at Georgia Tech Research Institute, and various senior positions in the USAF, where leadership extended to multinational teams and high-value IT projects. Education includes a Master's in Strategic Military Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a Master's in Information System Management from Touro University, complemented by a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Winthrop University.
