Itxaso Aldecoa

Itxaso Aldecoa is a highly experienced engineer with a strong background in design and project management, particularly in the aerospace and automotive sectors. Currently working at Aernnova Aerospace as a Design Engineer for tooling since May 2012, responsibilities include designing welding tools for clients such as Grupo Volkswagen and PSA Group, as well as participating in aeronautical structure design for the Embraer E2175-E2 project using CATIA V5. Previous roles include technical positions at Onduline Materiales de Construcción, S.A, EULEN, and B9 Energy, where emphasis was placed on project improvement, quality control, and energy management. Itxaso holds a degree in Industrial Organization Engineering from the University of the Basque Country and completed a Project Management Professional certification in 2018.
