Dawn Thomason

Dawn Thomason, SHRM-SCP, is currently the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Aero Air. Previous roles include being the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Burgerville, LLC, and Northwest Self Storage. Prior to that, Dawn was the Senior Director of Human Resources, Talent Management and Operations at Portland State University Foundation. Dawn also served as a Strategic Human Resources Partner at Xenium HR. Dawn has extensive experience in human resources management, talent acquisition, and strategic business partnerships. Their education includes a BA in Management and Organizational Leadership from George Fox University.
