Swagatika Nayak

Swagatika Nayak, CAPM, is currently serving as an Aero Commercial Operations & Fulfillment Specialist at Aero Alliance Products & Services LLC since November 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Business Analyst at GE Power from December 2021 to November 2023, and as a Project Support Coordinator at Viswa Lab from January 2020 to April 2021. Swagatika also held the position of Project Coordinator Grant at San Jacinto College in the Small Business Development Center from April 2019 to December 2019, and served as a Disaster Case Manager at SEWA International USA between December 2017 and March 2019. Earlier experience includes a role as Sr Recruiter/HR Coordinator at Torque Technologies LLC from June 2010 to May 2014. Swagatika holds a Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from North Orissa University and has completed a CAPM certification from the Institute of Project Management. Additional academic qualifications include a Certificate in Computing from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Utkal University.
