Neil Russell

Neil Russell is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations within the aerospace and energy sectors. As the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Aero Norway AS since February 2018, Neil oversees critical operations including Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, ERP, and Continuous Improvement while contributing to the strategic development of the company. Prior to this, Neil held significant positions at TechnipFMC, managing global sourcing for subsea controls and automation, and at FMC Technologies, where responsibilities included production, supply chain, and engineering management. Neil's earlier career at Pratt & Whitney involved operations and engineering management for jet engine overhaul, alongside experience as a Senior Repair Engineer at GE Aviation Wales. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and advanced management training from prestigious institutions such as IMD and MIT Sloan School of Management.
