Dan Neal

Dan Neal is the current Director of Training at Aero Systems West. Prior to their current position, Dan held various engineering and project management positions at companies such as Microsoft, BAE Systems, and UDLP.

Dan Neal began their career in 1990 as an Engineer at UDLP. In 1995, they joined BAE Systems as a Senior Principal Engineer. Dan remained with BAE Systems until 2000 when they left to join Microsoft as a Senior Project Manager. At Microsoft, Dan was responsible for hardware development efforts for products such as Ultimate TV and Xbox game console. Dan left Microsoft in 2005 to join Aero Systems West.

Dan Neal holds a Bachelor of Science from San Jose State University in aeronautics from the School of Engineering and a Master of Science in systems management from the University of Southern California.
