Samantha Ziesel

Samantha Ziesel has over 14 years of work experience, starting in 2007 at Crane Aerospace and Electronics as Director of Customer Service and Product Support. Samantha was responsible for revenue opportunities, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. In 2011, they joined Meggitt PLC as Director of Voice of the Customer (VOC), where they oversaw customer feedback and served the aerospace market. From 2015 to 2020, Samantha worked as Director of Voice of the Customer for Meggitt Control Systems, managing niche products and global sectors. In 2020, they started their own business, VOC Advocates, providing support for customer-focused companies. Currently, Samantha holds the position of Vice President of Client Services at Aero Turbine, Inc., where they are responsible for leadership, operations management, and new business development.
