Mikael Pelet

Mikael Pelet has a diverse work experience history. Mikael served as the Chief Financial Officer at Aero from 2019 to the present. In addition to this role, they held various director positions at Aero Technologies UK Ltd, Aero FlightOps UK Ltd, Aero Guernsey Ltd, and USAC Airways 695 LLC, starting in 2021 and continuing to the present. Prior to their work at Aero, Mikael was the Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer at Voom, an Airbus company, from 2016 to 2019. Mikael played a key role in expanding their operations in Brazil, Mexico City, and San Francisco. Before that, they served as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley from 2008 to 2016, and as a Summer Associate in 2007. Their early career included working as a Strategy Consultant at McKinsey & Company from 2003 to 2006.

Mikael Pelet has an impressive educational background. Mikael obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Harvard Business School, studying from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Mathematical Modelling and Scientific Computing from the University of Oxford, completing their studies from 2002 to 2003. Mikael also holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from CentraleSupélec, which they earned from 2000 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Mikael has also obtained several certifications. Mikael is a Certified Flight Instructor, Instrument Instructor, and Multi-Engine Instructor from the Federal Aviation Administration, which they acquired in 2013. Mikael is also certified as a Multi-Engine Airplane - Airline Transport Pilot for EMB145, as well as a Single-Engine Airplane and Helicopter - Commercial Pilot, both obtained in 2008. Furthermore, they hold certifications in various diving specialties, including Advanced Open Water, Enriched Air Diver, Rescue Diver, and Technical Diver Tec40, from PADI.
