Jason Lyczkowski has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jason began their career as an Assistant Manager at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits in 2006, where they successfully managed operations and led their team to exceed sales quotas. In 2008, the store under their leadership was recognized as Store of the Year. In 2011, Jason joined Percepta as a Customer Service Representative for Ford Motor Company. Jason consistently met or exceeded performance metrics while handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. Jason was later promoted to Customer Service Manager, wherein they managed the Customer Loyalty Program for Ford Motor Company's Customer Service Division. Jason served as the single point-of-contact for Zone Managers and dealer inquiries, assisting with warranty and claim concerns. Jason is currently an Account Manager at AeroBase Group Inc since 2016.
Jason Lyczkowski obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the Florida Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
