Dina Bailey is a seasoned professional with over ten years of experience in the People space, specializing in employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and talent development within the tech and ecommerce sectors. Dina has held significant roles, including Head of People at Aerobotics and Talent Acquisition & Development Lead at HelloFresh, where they drove initiatives in talent strategy, learning programs, and diversity and inclusion. Prior to these positions, Dina served as Change Manager at Woolworths, overseeing transformational organizational change and training for a large workforce.
