Jacques Schira

Jacques Schira, Esq. is a highly experienced legal and compliance professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, and Risk Liability Officer at AeroCare Holdings, Inc. since March 2017, Jacques oversees regulatory programs related to Medicare, HIPAA, and safety policies. Previous roles include M&A Consultant in private practice, Vice President of Legal and Commercial Affairs and General Counsel at Smith Electric Vehicles Corp., and General Counsel at EVO Medical Solutions. Jacques began a legal career as a Corporate General Counsel and Managing Partner at their own law firm, where extensive experience in M&A, business contracts, and corporate governance was gained. Jacques holds a Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and English from the University of Wisconsin.
