Stanimir Kolev

Stanimir Kolev has over 8 years of work experience, starting as a Tech Client Support at Third Eye Installation Systems Ltd in November 2015. In this role, they were responsible for day-to-day office tasks, planning, liaising with suppliers and clients, asset allocation, booking appointments, and invoicing. Stanimir also monitored and maintained customers' intruder alarm systems and CCTV systems, being the first point of contact for any technical issues.

In September 2017, Stanimir joined SENCEIVE LIMITED as the International Customer Support Lead. Here, they managed the international support team and built strong client relationships. Stanimir ensured effective and timely handling of customer support requests, maintained the ticketing system, responded to customer queries within one working day, and monitored key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, they conducted pre-installation testing of instruments and equipment.

Currently, Stanimir works at AeroCloud as the Head of Deployment, Implementation, and Support EMEA since June 2023. Further information regarding this role is not provided.

Stanimir Kolev began their education in 2012 at the London School of Business and Management, where they pursued a HND in Computing and System Development. Stanimir completed their studies there in 2014. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Northampton in 2014 to further their education. Stanimir obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Computing Systems from the University, completing their studies in 2015.
