Egils Dancis serves as the Sales and Operations Manager at AERODIUM since October 2021, focusing on transferring operational expertise to vertical wind tunnel owners to optimize their investments. Concurrently, Egils is a partner at BOJCK LLC, facilitating product sourcing from the Chinese market. Previously at AERODIUM, Egils held roles including Senior Account Manager and Junior Account Manager, where responsibilities encompassed sales across multiple continents and managing key client relationships with renowned companies such as Cirque du Soleil and Disney. Egils also contributed to franchise development by creating a Franchise Manual and collaborating with architects on project designs. Prior experience includes senior and junior account management positions at FranklinCovey Latvia, developing training programs and sales strategies, as well as an internship with Initiatives of Change in India. Egils holds a degree in Communication/Mass Media from Latvijas Universitate and has studied at Beijing Language and Culture University.
