Jeff Spaeth has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Jeff started their career in 1999 with Super Radiator Coils, where they held various roles such as Second Shift Supervisor, Sales Application Engineer, Engineering & Sales Manager, and Business Development Manager. During their time at Super Radiator Coils, Jeff achieved significant accomplishments such as implementing lean manufacturing techniques, increasing sales by 35%, and obtaining cost reductions. Jeff then worked as a Manufacturers Representative at BCT Associates from 2011 to 2015. Since 2015, Jeff has been associated with Aerofin, where they have held positions such as Director of Sales and Marketing, Executive Vice President, and currently serves as the President of the company. Jeff Spaeth completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Virginia Tech from 1994 to 1999. Jeff then pursued an MBA at William & Mary - Raymond A.
