Boris F Gavric is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at AeroFlexx since April 2025, Gavric previously held senior roles at Concentric AB as SVP - Engines and Thermal Solutions, and at QM Group as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to these, significant contributions were made at Henniges Automotive as Vice President - Global Sales and Marketing and Director - Global Business Development, along with earlier positions in Czech operations and global product strategy roles at Metzeler Automotive Profile Systems. Gavric started professional career as Launch Team Leader at DaimlerChrysler. Educational background includes an MBA from Michigan State University, a certificate in Lean Manufacturing from the University of Michigan, and advanced degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University and the University of Windsor, respectively, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
