Erika Sprotti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and business process improvement across various industries. Currently serving as a Product Owner at Aeroflow Healthcare since February 2023, Erika previously held the role of Business Process and Training Manager at Newell Brands, where responsibilities included business process mapping and training coordination during a digital platform transition to Salesforce. At Blue Acorn iCi, Erika successfully led the creation of a combined project management team, developed processes for a Center of Excellence, and managed client relationships while delivering eCommerce solutions. Earlier roles included consulting positions at Slalom Consulting and Accenture, focusing on project management, business analysis, and change management for notable clients. Erika's career began with the Peace Corps, specializing in small enterprise development. Erika earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and International Business from the University of South Carolina.
