Aerofusion is a modern enterprise that focuses solely on the R&D, production and sales of medical protective gears and equipment. We ensure sufficient funds dedicated to our R&D department for the development of eco friendly, medical grade products. What’s more is that our products are sustainable and 100% made in India. Our manufacturing unit is located in Gujarat and is built on a space of 10,000 square meters.

We offer a range of products in the categories of Medical Protective Gears & Health safety products. These include - disposable medical masks, disposable surgical masks, particulate respirator masks (N95, N99, N100), alcohol based sanitizers, disposable shoe covers, bouffant caps, surgeon caps, pre saturated alcohol wipes, non-woven aprons, infrared thermometer and personal protective clothing.
Aerofusion deeply believes in the country's vision of Swachh Bharat (Clean India) because every individual has the fundamental right to breathe clean and healthy air (Swachh Hawa). Every year 1.2 million people die in India and 7 million die globally due to invisible air pollution. Addressing this critical issue, the team at Aerofusion introduces a range of medical protective masks under the brand FusionFlo.

FusionFlo is an advanced filtration system that is unique in many ways. Our design revolves around three critical factors: superior filtration, enhanced breathability and excellent fit of the mask. Extensive research and careful design has resulted in a mask that offers comfort, which is also lightweight and offers protection from external pollution. FusionFlo's distinctive shape and unique concave design with a dual valve system clearly offers an eye popping, fashion forward look.
The ‘butterfly’ mask
At some point in time, we have all admired the beauty of a butterfly – right from the colours to the shape, we have always wanted to own one since childhood.
