James Darlington

James Darlington has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as the Kent Operations Manager at Aeromet International LTD since March 2006, where previous roles included Supply Chain & Logistics Manager and Inspection & Despatch Team Leader. Prior to this, James was Director of Consultation Interventions Ltd from January 2004 to May 2012, focusing on the design and development of bespoke software for the Leisure Industry. James began their career as a Fitness Instructor and Duty Manager at The Reynolds Group Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Staffordshire, a BTEC National Diploma and NVQ 2 in Facility Operations from Mid Kent College, as well as a high school education from The Howard School in Rainham, Kent.
