Currently, Carlos holds the position of IT CX, Loyalty, and CIO Office Director at Aeromexico, where they focus on leveraging technology for customer experience and personalization, architecting and maintaining the Aeromexico Rewards Program, and implementing IT policies aligned with business objectives.
