Pasquale Speranza has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Pasquale started their career in 2006 as a Passenger Handling Agent at KLM London Heathrow and London City Airport. Pasquale later joined SAS Ground Services as a Station Departure Control Coordinator, where they supervised a team and liaised with customer airlines. In 2008, they joined KLM London Heathrow as a Flight Operations Officer, responsible for load sheets and monitoring weather conditions. Pasquale then took on the role of Station Duty Manager at KLM, where they managed the entire operation and a team of 600 FTE. In 2010, they worked as a Flight Operations Manager at Cobalt Ground Solutions on secondment. Pasquale joined AIRFRANCE KLM in 2011 as a Partnerships Manager, promoting the brand and creating partnerships with airports and partners. Pasquale later joined Aeromexico, where they held various roles, including Regional Airports Manager, Regional Sales Director for Europe & Asia, and currently serves as VP Sales Mexico & JCA | Director de Ventas Mexico y JCA. Pasquale Speranza has expertise in operational management, sales, partnerships, and airport management.

Pasquale Speranza completed their education at Buckinghamshire New University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a degree in Airline and Airport Management. Pasquale also attended Liceo scientifico Niccolo Copernico from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree. In addition to their academic qualifications, Pasquale has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in subjects related to leadership, team management, critical thinking, and customer-centric culture.
