Patricia Herrera

Patricia Herrera possesses extensive experience in talent management, employee engagement, and change management, currently serving as Talent Management & Engagement Sr. Manager at Aeromexico since May 2016. Throughout their tenure, Patricia has held various senior managerial roles focused on enhancing employee experience and cultural transformation. Prior to Aeromexico, Patricia worked as a Senior Consultant at Sintec from 2010 to April 2016, specializing in change management and organizational design. Responsibilities included diagnosing organizational culture, designing leadership alignment strategies, and developing training materials. Patricia began a career as a Training Analyst at Cinepolis Corporativo in 2009. Patricia holds a Licenciada degree in Ciencias de la educación from Universidad La Salle, A.C., earned in 2009.
