Sandra Manosalvas-Kjono, PhD

Sandra Manosalvas-Kjono, PhD has a diverse work experience that includes roles in engineering, research, and leadership positions. Sandra is currently a Co-Founder, COO, and Sensor System Design Engineer at Aeromutable Corporation since July 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Assistant at Stanford University School of Engineering from September 2013 to December 2018, where they focused on miniaturization and integration techniques for medical diagnostic solutions. Sandra also had experience as an Electrical Engineer at SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific from October 2009 to August 2017, and as a Research Intern at PARC in 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Volunteer with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) in 2009, and served in the US Navy from 2004 to 2009 in various roles including LT/Pilot/NAVOSH Ground Safety Officer and Assistant Student Control Officer. Sandra also had experience as a Student Naval Aviator and Platoon Commander at UC Berkeley NROTC and held leadership positions at Stanford AISES. Furthermore, they worked as an Intern/Co-op at IBM in 2003, where they gained experience in SAN Virtualization Testing.

Sandra Manosalvas-Kjono, PhD has an extensive education history. In 2000, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Signal Processing from Stanford University. Following this, from 2007 to 2008, they obtained a certification in Java Programming from UC San Diego.
