Aeron Defense ("Aeron") is a new defense group established by Ventus Industrial Partners, a US based private equity firm specialising in sectors critical to national security, in partnership with GenNx360 Capital Partners and Admiralty Partners.

Founded by leading figures from the defense industry, Aeron is dedicated to strengthening America's defense industrial base, and is backed by high profile and growth-oriented investment firms and family offices that specialize in the sector.

Aeron will shortly announce the acquisition of its first two group companies, which are leading manufacturers of mission-critical components for the highest priority programs within the US Navy, Air Force, Army and Space.

Missions
1. Support the US effort to scale the naval shipbuilding supply chain and the broader defense industrial base across key military programs.
2. Become the employer of choice within the defense sector through our "Ownership for All" workforce model and employee centric philosophy.
