Linoy Samson

Linoy Samson is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and learning and development. Currently serving as a Learning & Development Partner and Talent Acquisition Lead at Aeronautics Group since February 2021, Linoy has held key positions in various organizations, including HR Manager at CTS Ltd and Human Resources Specialist at Foresight Automotive, where contributions were made to the development of advanced automotive technologies. Prior roles also include Technical Recruiter at Frontline PCB Solutions and HR Operation & Staffing Recruiter at Applied Materials, among others. Linoy holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior & Development from Reichman University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Economics & Human Resources from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
