Ieva Bukovska

Ieva Bukovska currently serves as the Head of Grants Project Unit at Aerones since December 2023. Previously, Ieva held the position of Senior Expert at the Ministry of Climate and Energy from May 2023 to November 2023, focusing on risk preparedness in the energy sector. Ieva has experience as a Project Manager at the State Ltd. Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre, where Ieva worked on an EEA and Norway Grants Fund project concerning cross-border groundwater resources. Additionally, Ieva contributed as a Senior Expert at the Construction State Control Bureau, working on energy and digital transformation initiatives. Prior experience includes acting as a LIFE Project Coordinator for climate change projects at the Nature Conservation Agency of Latvia and serving as a Senior Geologist at the Latvian Environment Centre. Ieva holds a Master of Science degree in Natural Sciences from Latvijas Universitate and has completed both a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geology/Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences.
