Kerena Ansone

Kerena Ansone is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and finance. Currently serving as an Operations Finance Analyst at Aerones since October 2022, Kerena leads a cross-functional team of 12 managers to develop budget forecasts and optimize resources for operations across two continents. Previous roles include Technical Project Manager, where Kerena successfully managed major projects, including the establishment of a U.S. manufacturing plant generating significant revenue, and Assistant to the Vice President Operations, supporting strategic initiatives that scaled business revenues. Earlier experience as Logistics Manager at RAMINATRANS BALTICS Ltd. involved overseeing comprehensive logistics operations and collaborating with global partners.
