Franshezka Perez Gaud

Franshezka Perez Gaud is a Network Specialist at AeroNet Wireless Broadband, responsible for providing effective tier 3 support to customers, Technical Support Specialists, and Field Technicians since January 2022. Previously, Franshezka held the position of Technical Analyst at Citrix from August 2020 to December 2021, where responsibilities included leading the ADC (Netscaler) vulnerability and certificate updates and configuring ADC devices for over 40 customers across three regions.
