Delphine Degrande

Delphine Degrande, PhD, MBA, currently serves as a Business Analyst in Airport Operations at ADM Aéroports de Montréal since September 2025. Prior experience includes working as the Lead Business Analyst for SAP & IT at Exo - Réseau de transport métropolitain from September 2019 to September 2025, where responsibilities involved defining business needs across extensive SAP modules. Delphine also held a consulting internship at Palais des congrès de Montréal, focusing on IT planning, and worked at Sopra Steria as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in various industries. Earlier roles include a Junior Project Manager at Antemia and academic positions as a Teaching and Research Assistant at Université de Nantes and a Postdoctoral Fellow at Université de Montréal. Academic qualifications include a Master in Business Administration specializing in Information Technology from HEC Montréal and a Doctorate in Plant Physiology from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology. Additionally, Delphine pursued a degree in Web Design from L'École de design Nantes Atlantique.
