Joanie Trudel

Joanie Trudel, M.A., currently serves as a Senior Advisor of Internal Communications at ADM Aéroports de Montréal since July 2022. Previous experience includes roles as an Internal Communications Advisor at CIUSSS du Nord-de-l'Île-de-Montréal and multiple positions at GardaWorld, where responsibilities spanned from strategic corporate communications to employee engagement initiatives. With a strong background in communications, Joanie Trudel has effectively managed internal communication initiatives for thousands of employees across Canada, demonstrating expertise in creating impactful campaigns and fostering workforce engagement. Additionally, Joanie Trudel's earlier experience includes positions at DFATD, the Organization of American States, and project management roles during academic pursuits at Université Laval. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in International Relations from Université Laval and a Bachelor’s in Communication - Public Relations from UQAM.
