Christine Balka

Christine Balka has extensive experience in distribution and operations management, currently serving as the Distribution Center Manager at Crate and Barrel since May 2025. Previously, Christine held the position of Distribution Center Manager at SPARC Group LLC and has been with Aeropostale in a similar capacity since October 2011. As the Owner/Operator of Design A Tee since April 1984, Christine specializes in personalized and corporate gifts, providing a full range of print services. Earlier roles include Specialist at Apple Retail and Northeast Area Operations Manager at Blockbuster, where management involved overseeing five distribution centers. Christine's operations expertise was further honed as Operations Manager for LVMH, managing logistics for high-profile brands like Guerlain and Dior, and as Divisional Superintendent at REVLON, directing daily operations in a satellite distribution center for nearly two decades.
