Laura Kowalczyk

Laura Kowalczyk is an accomplished visual merchandising professional with extensive experience in the retail industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Visual Merchandising at Catalyst Brands LLC since January 2025, Kowalczyk has held multiple leadership positions at SPARC Group LLC from October 2016, including Vice President and Senior Director of Visual Merchandising for brands such as Aeropostale, Nautica, and Lucky Brand. Kowalczyk's career began at Aeropostale in April 1996, where roles included Senior Director of Visual Merchandising and Director of Visual Merchandising. Prior experience includes serving as District Visual Merchandiser at Gap from November 1991 to April 1996. Kowalczyk holds an Associate of Science degree in Display and Exhibit Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
